This page explains what personal data HolaEats collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you write to us through the contact form we keep your name, email, phone number and message to answer you. When a hotel creates an account we keep the name and email of each team member it invites.
Hotel guests
When a guest orders, we record the room, the items and the time of the order on behalf of the hotel. The hotel decides how this data is used; HolaEats processes it only to deliver the service.
Services we rely on
The site is hosted on Vercel and the data is stored with Supabase. Errors are reported to Sentry without cookies, and Vercel Analytics counts visits without cookies or personal profiles. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept as long as needed to follow up. Account and order data are kept while the hotel's account is active.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to us through the contact form. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
