These terms apply to hotels that use HolaEats and to guests who order through it.
The service
HolaEats gives hotels digital menus, guest ordering and the tools to manage them. Each hotel subscribes to a plan described on the pricing page.
The hotel's responsibilities
The hotel is responsible for its menu: descriptions, allergens, prices, taxes and any age-restricted items, and for keeping its team's access up to date.
Guest orders
When a guest orders, the sale is between the guest and the hotel. HolaEats passes the order on but is not the seller.
Accounts
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, misuses the service or leaves its subscription unpaid.
Availability
We work to keep HolaEats available at all times, but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law.
